This bottling begins with Buss’s high quality grain based gin, which is distilled with juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, lemon, orange, cherry and almond. To this they then macerate fresh red cherries, producing a gin that is as vivid in colour as it is flavour.

The final result is a sweet, complex gin which serves up notes of bright jammy red cherries, vanilla, citrus fruit, subtle juniper and spice, almond biscuits and cherry sweets.

Fantastic mixed with tonic or pink lemonade, and topped with a cocktail cherry, this is another impressive bottling from Buss Spirits.
