A vividly coloured collectors edition gin from Belgian distillers, Buss.

This gin begins with 100% pure grain alcohol, before being infused with fresh botanicals, including, juniper, coriander, liquorice, angelica, vanilla, cardamom, iris, orange, lemon, and of course, Bulgarian rose. It is the last botanical that gives this gin its distinctive colour.

At first, this gin provides a rich citrussy flavour profile, with subtle hints of peppery juniper, and gentle earthy spice. With time, a building floral note emerges, alongside some sweetened vanilla.

Delightful served simply with soda water or good quality tonic, and garnished with grapefruit slices.
