A beautiful, floral liqueur from industry giants Bols.

This green-gold liqueur is made with dried blossoms of the elder tree, which are macerated in a solution of water and alcohol, the ratio of which is kept secret.

Unusually, compared with other Elderflower Liqueurs, no citrus juice or critic acid is used. This means that the delicate flavours of the flower can be enjoyed unadulterated.

The final result offers up flavours of heavy elderflower, delicate floral notes, honey, apples, peach, lemon, and white wine.

A really well crafted liqueur, that would do well in all manner of cocktails and punches.
