A nice little small batch offering from Signatory Vintage.

This Benrinnes was distilled on 19th of June 2007, and bottled on the 10th of February 2020 at age of 12 years. It was matured in two former Bourbon barrels.

The bottling serves up flavours of subtle oak spice and malt, toffee, green apples, marshmallow, some slight weighty dried fruits, vanilla, cinnamon, white chocolate and cream.

Clean and simple, this dram still displays the thick body that Benrinnes is known for.

The spirit is bottled at 43% ABV, and has not been chill filtered or artificially coloured.

A sweet and drinkable Speysider.
