A fabulous rum from the esteemed Appleton Estate in Jamaica, made in tribute to the Black River, which has provided the distillery with its water since 1749.

This bottling is made with a combination of pot and column still distillate, which have been aged for a minimum of 15 years in the warm, humid conditions of the Caribbean.

Black River Casks is a seriously complex rum, offering notes of orange rind, brown sugar, molasses, toffee, ginger, mango bark, freshly ground coffee, toasted nuts, oak, dark chocolate, leather, cinnamon and black pepper.

A marvellous example of well-aged Jamaican: packed with powerful rich flavours.
