Part of Admiral Rodney’s esteemed Officer’s Release series, this bottling has been distilled in 2009 and finished in an ex-Irish whiskey cask.

Distilled from molasses in St Lucia Distillery’s twin column stills, this is a high quality, dry rum.

The rum serves up notes of baking spices, caramelised fruit (apples and pears), vanilla, molasses, raspberries, brown sugar and old oak.

An excellent rum that rewards patient drinking.
