A wonderfully citrussy liqueur from esteemed Dutch distillers, Zuidam.

To produce this zesty spirit, fresh limes and lemons are distilled in Zuidam’s traditional red copper pot stills. The spirit is then combined with some sugar and fresh lime juice to produce a liqueur with a bittersweet profile and a slightly cloudy colour.

The final result is a liqueur that serves up notes of waxy lime and lemon rind, white sugar, lime juice and a little peppery spice.

Like a fresher, more complex Limoncello, this liqueur would be perfect served up after a meal.
