William Chase has been impressing with its excellent range of spirits ever since its foundation in 2008. The distillery is family owned, using produce grown on their own farm in Herefordshire. This marvelous gin was deliberately designed for G&Ts, with an incredibly dry, juniper-led profile. The gin is made from scratch by William Chase, who use organic apples on their farm to create a cider that then distil to make their vodka. The gin is then redistilled from this vodka in a copper carter head still with juniper and fresh berries, producing an extremely dry gin. To this infusion, wild botanicals are added, including: cinnamon, almond, cloves, coriander, liquorice, lemon peel, nutmeg, ginger and cardamom. These give a spicy and earthy quality to the gin.
