Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin is produced by father and son, Tom and Sion Edwards in what is described as a “barn” in Harrington, Northants. Knowing this, I think we’re safe to call this a “craft distilled” gin. It is distilled from 100% barley, their own grown elderflower, and 10 other botanicals, one of which is top-secret. Bottled at 44%, this gin possess a certain level of botanical intensity which we feel makes it suitable for a wide array of drinks.
