A clean, bright vodka from Japanese brand Ukiyo.

This spirit is made with a base of traditional awamori – a Japanese rice spirit.

The base is redistilled for purity, producing a very pure (yet still characterful) vodka.

Ukiyo Japanese Rice Vodka features subtle flavours of jasmine flower and cherry blossom, a little citrus rind and some earthy coriander spice.

Enjoy this spirit served ice cold as a shot, or mixed with yuzu-soda or a softer tonic water.
