Distilled and bottled by the Irish distillery, Cooley, this 10 year old Tyrconnell is a wonderful example of what a good sherry cask finish can do to a whiskey. With a darker than usual colour, this single malt whisky has a lovely sweet taste and aroma, and its texture is lovely, mouthcoating.
