A wine-cask finished Irish whiskey from Teeling Whiskey Co’s Sommelier Selection series.

This small batch dram has been finished in casks that previously held Recioto wine – an intensely flavoured, sweet red wine from the Veneto region of Italy.

The end result is a fruity, rich and subtly spiced dram, with notes of fresh dark cherries, blackberries, blackcurrants, strawberries, milk chocolate, flowers, red wine tannins, sweet malt and grain.

A lush, and very drinkable whiskey, bottled at 46% ABV.
