This small batch gin is distilled at the second oldest distillery in Holland, a distillery operating out of Schiedam since 1658, and it is still family owned to this day! Made London Dry Gin-style, this gin is a marriage of 10 fresh botanicals: juniper berries, orange peel, lemon, caraway, angelica, coriander seeds, Alba cinnamon (known as “true” cinnamon), liqourice, lavender, and star anise. Serve mixed with lightly flavoured tonic water and a slice of apple, or simply drink it one the rocks – it’s great either way.
