A sumptuously well sherried single cask dram from Strathmill, bottled by the esteemed Signatory Vintage.

Distilled in October 2006, this was whisky matured in refill butts, before being moved over to a fresh sherry butt for an additional 11 months. The dram has a final age of 14 years. The resulting spirit was bottled at powerful cask strength of 61% ABV.

This dram serves up notes of warm leather, sweet vanilla custard, milky coffee, rich rum and raisin ice cream, dark oak, prunes and dried figs, cherries and warming cinnamon spice.
