The third batch of Spey Distillery’s peated cask strength whisky.
This dram has been aged in former Bourbon barrels, which helps to balance the smoke with sweetness and vanilla.
Drinkers should expect a whisky with notes of toffee apples, brown sugar, oats, charred oak, spicy peat smoke, earthy vanilla and nutmeg, oily nuts and some heather honey.
Full bodied and quite warm at 57.5% ABV.
