This whisky is produced with a mashbill of 80% unmalted rye, 10% unmalted wheate and 10% unmalted barley smoked with cherrywood.

A youthful whiskey which has been aged for about one year, Sonoma County Cherrywood Rye is packed with fruity, spicy rye flavours.

Drinkers should expect notes of cherry, raspberries, smoked oak, rye, cinnamon, nutmeg, toffee, bright oak, cedarwood, grain and ginger.

Bottled at 47.8% ABV, this is a full-bodied and spritely whiskey.
