Contradiction from Smooth Ambler is a combination of two whiskies – a high rye, well-aged Bourbon sourced by the distillery, and the younger, sweeter, wheated Bourbon that the distillery produces itself.

The end result is a perfectly harmonised Bourbon, with notes of sweet chewy bread, brown sugar, milk chocolate, cloves, allspice, vanilla oak, toffee, red apples, cinnamon and rye.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a mouthfilling and full flavoured whiskey.
