A German made London Dry gin that really leans into the British theme.
The bottling takes its name from the six ravens that live at the Tower of London. Legend has it that if these ravens were ever to leave the Tower, the crown and country would fall. A fitting testament to Gin’s spiritual home.
This gin is made with classic London Dry botanicals of juniper, lemon peel, ginger and coriander.
This produces a straightforward London Dry profile, with a tangy, citrusy palate accompanied by resinous juniper notes, earthy spice and some zing from the ginger.
Bottled at the higher strength of 46% ABV, this ensures the gin is fully flavoured and assertive on the palate.
Beautifully presented with a wax closure, this gin pairs superbly with a good quality tonic.
