A lovely spiced rum produced by the Belgian Buss company, who are known for their high quality gins.

Inspired by a traditional Haitian recipe, this rum marries fresh fruits, spices and botanicals with a blend of spirits from Trinidad, Barbados, Guatemala and Haiti.

This is a beautifully tropical rum, with plenty of vanilla, cumin, cloves and cinnamon with a little juicy pineapple and dried fruit, and some dense, treacle soaked oak.

This is the old style bottling, which really does look like something that could have been dug up on a desert island.
