The spirit has been aged in refill Hogheads, allowing the powerful peatiness to take centre stage.

The whisky offers notes of peated barley, iodine, seaweed, lemon rind, woodsmoke, toffee, burnt oak, dark chocolate, green crunchy apples, more peat smoke, slightly smoked chilli, black pepper and ash.

Bottled at a robust 55% ABV, this is a powerful, assertive dram.
