A strong, flavoursome Rhum Agricole from Mauritian distillery Saint Aubin.

This rum is made in the traditional Agricole style, using the fermented juice of the sugar cane as a base. Unlike most Agricole rums (which are made in Column stills), this bottling has been distilled in a pot still, making for a more characterful final product.

The end result is a rum that offers up notes of bright, slightly green sugar cane, candied strawberries, pineapple, mango, a little earthy vegetal-Agricole quality and some soft spearmint.

A superb Agricole Blanc that would make a delicious Ti’ Punch.
