In September of 2015, a new range of single malts from the Royal Brackla distillery was launched as part of The Last Great Malts series. The Royal Brackla 12 Year Old forms the base of this new range, and is a whisky that is characterized by being light and grassy with just a bit of sherry sweetness. After its initial maturation, this single malt whisky is finished in first fill Oloroso casks.
