A decadent rum from Cuba!

Made using high quality Cuban sugar cane syrup, the spirit is aged in smaller 180 litre oak casks, said to impart subtle, lighter character.

Very dry for a rum, this spirit takes on an almost Cognac or Whisky-like character, with notes of gentle dried fruit, molasses, pineapple, bananas, vanilla, and spice. 15 year of maturation does not overpower the rum, rather it produces a delicate and complex spirit.

Light, dry and approachable, this rum would offer something quite unique to a cocktail.
