Ron Jeremy’s range of spirits has expanded! Here, Ron has added a delicious gin to his range of superb rums.

This rum takes its name from Ron Jeremy’s nickname, gained whilst working in California. Expecting warm weather, Ron motorcycled to the location of the “shoot” dressed in just a t-shirt in shorts. Unfortunately the set was in Lake Arrowhead in the mountains, and during his ride to the location, the weather took a turn towards the snowy, with blizzard conditions. Ron arrived nearly frozen, and immediately took a warm shower to thaw out. This rapid change in body temperature turned his body a shade of pink, and put all his (very many) hairs on end, at which point his colleague Bill Margold remarked that Ron was “a hedgehog, my friend. A walking, talking hedgehog”. This legendary motorbike journey is immortalised on the label.

Beyond a good story, this gin is a product of expert craftsmanship. This gin is produced in Holland in a 50 year old copper pot still. The spirit is flavoured with a range of botanicals and “love herbs” such as damiana, ginseng and guarana, each of which are individually distilled and left to rest for two weeks to develop their flavour.

The company claims that “these Mojo Botanicals create a love potion that keeps the romance going” and recommends serving in a Gin & Tonic with Fever Tree’s Mediterranean Tonic Water, garnished with red grapefruit.
