A Spanish absinthe made with Mediterranean herbs and spices.

This bottling contains a large quantity of Artemisia Absinthium (grand wormwood), though has a slightly less aggressive anise flavour than usual.

The spirit is a vivid green, and has notes of herbaceous wormwood, peppery alcoholic spice and a slight anise note.

Despite being 70% ABV, this has a milder flavour than most absinthe.

Drink Rodnik’s with sugar and lots of ice water.
