A liqueur produced by Quaglia, a Piedmont based distillery which has made this bottling since 1906.

Chinotto, while less well known outside of Italy, is a classic Italian soft drink flavoured with the fruit of the myrtle-leaved orange tree, which are intensely flavoured and sour. The fruit is also popular amongst liqueur and amari producers (including Campari), as shown by this bottling.

This liqueur serves up flavours of bright, sour, citrus, with some deep earthy spice, chocolate and chopped herbs.

Pair it with Chinotto soft drink, cola, or tonic for a flavoursome and complex highball.
