A cracking Irish dram that certainly packs a punch!

Produced by the fledging West Cork distillery (one of many new additions to the Irish whiskey scene) Prizefight is a lovely Irish whiskey that has been aged in barrels from Tamworth Distilling in New Hampshire, America. The whiskey is finished for a time in former rye barrels, which produce a spicy and bright final spirit.

Prizefight offers up notes of caramel, vanilla, cream, clean malt, bright oak, herbaceous rye, cinnamon, menthol, white chocolate and grass.

Bottled at 43% ABV, this gives the whiskey a little more body and intensity.
