A gin with a dramatic name and an even more dramatic flavour! Once again Spain proves itself to be a real centre of innovation when it comes to the production of quality gins. This gin is produced by Destileria Premium Spirit Distillery. Port of Dragons dry is a traditional dry style gin, but one which follows a recent trend with its approach to botanicals. All the wonderful botanicals in Port of Dragons gin are of “Denominación de Origen” or, of Certified Origin. This means that you can place exactly where the botanicals have come from. The gin uses orange blossom, flower thyme, rosemary, orange peel and candied loquat, alongside juniper from the Pyrennes. The gin is distilled four times in traditional copper stills, producing a spirit with a delightfully soft mouthfeel. It is then bottled into this bold, blue packaging, one that reflects the powerful flavours of the spirit within. Another excellent Spanish gin which will impress even the most seasoned gin drinker.
