This bottling has been aged for 6 years in French oak casks, having been produced using high quality apples.

The result is an apple brandy that perfectly balances the flavours of the cask and the fruit. Drinkers can expect notes of liquorice, leather, oak, cinnamon, vanilla, toffee, caramelised apples, pastry, conference pears, hay, milk chocolate and slight peppery spice.

A well crafted XO Calvados, that would make a great alternative to Cognac or whisky.
