A delicious, very well aged single grain whisky from the North British distillery, bottled by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength collection.

This 1991 vintage whisky has been aged for fully three decades in a refill sherry butt, ensuring a complex and deeply flavoursome spirit.

This dram delivers notes of sweet grain, toffee, vanilla, red berries, prunes in syrup, gentle cinnamon and allspice, old oak, marmalade and baked apples.

Bottled at 55%, only 503 bottles were produced.
