An excellent example of a well aged single grain whisky from Signatory Cask Strength and North British distillery.

This dram has been aged for 30 years in a single refill Sherry cask, giving it plenty of time to develop beautiful intense flavours of dried fruit and spice.

The end result is a whisky that offers flavours of raisins, prunes, vanilla, toffee, subtle cinnamon and nutmeg, creamy honey, sweet grain, milk chocolate, polished oak, pepper, flowers, baked apples and sugared popcorn.

Weighing in at 52.50% ABV, this is a full bodied and flavoursome single grain.

Only 440 bottles were produced.
