An impressive and powerful Bourbon bottled by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, the same folk behind Willett.
With its name and packaging, Noah’s Mill plays homage to the early pioneers of Kentucky, who produced plentiful corn, and began the distilling history of the state, using watermills to grind the grain to grist.
A bold and flavourful Bourbon, Noah’s Mill bottled at a hefty 57.2% ABV. It is produced in batches, each tasting a little different to the last. It’s said that this whiskey is a blend of spirits aged between four and 20 years.
This is a spicy and dark dram, with notes of pressed flowers, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla, chocolate, dark fruits, burnt caramel, toasted corn bread and vanilla cream. Despite the high proof, this whiskey has a lush and succulent palate.
A delicious whiskey with a beautiful, old-timey presentation.
