A cracking French distilled gin, which is based off a tradition dating back to 1705.

The gin begins with a neutral spirit, to which quinine (from Peru), orris, angelica, coriander, lavender and juniper are added. After this maceration period, the spirit is then triple distilled for purity and precision of flavour. At this point the gin is diluted with purified water, and filtered.

Number Zero gin is well balanced spirit, with a strong herbaceous flavour, and pronounced floral notes, accompanied by a little citrus and bittersweet juniper and quinine flavours.

Naturally, as quinine is one of the main flavorings in tonic water, Zero makes a very good G&T.
