A limited edition, barrel-aged gin from the popular German gin-maker, Monkey 47.

This bottling begins with Monkey 47’s standard gin (flavoured with 47 different botanicals, including Black Forest Lingonberries) and ages it for 180 days in a small-sized mulberry wood cask.

The final result is a slightly sweeter, oakier rendition of Monkey 47’s gin, with definitive notes of fragrant wood, dried fruits, bittersweet juniper and garden herbs.

Richly textured, this would do well in cocktails, particularly in place of whiskey or brandy.
