Mermaid gin hails from the Isle of Wight, which is found off England’s south coast.

The gin is made with ten ethically sourced botanicals, including: orris root, rock samphire, elderflower, juniper, liquorice, angelica, coriander, Boadicea hops, grains of paradise and lemon zest.

The result is a slightly floral, wonderfully citrussy gin with notes of earthy sweetness, sea spray, drying juniper and warming spice.

Pair with a premium tonic and garnish with cucumber.
