Mayfair is made Lendon Dry Gin-style by the Thames Distillery, the last remaining independent distillery in London. The distillery is run by the gin-legend, Charley Maxwell, who comes from a long line of distillers. The botanicals making up this gin are rather traditional. They include juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris, and angelica root. We rather like the packing of this gin – it’s quite stylish.
