An excellent single cask dram from the rather underrated Mannochmore distillery.

Bottled by the Ultimate Whisky Co., this drop has been aged for 11 years in a single Hogshead cask.

The final product is a single malt that offers a good example of the distillery’s house-style.

This whisky offers a light, silky mouthfeel, with notes of crisp oak, vanilla, toffee, malt, white chocolate, marmalade, apples, hay, gentle spice and candied ginger.

Just 368 bottles were produced.
