An organic, small batch gin from one of UK’s most lively and exciting cities: Liverpool!
Produced in a micro-distillery in the heart of the city, this is a gin that reflects Liverpool’s past as a global trading hub – containing both locally sourced and exotic ingredients.
The spirit is created in a custom-built 600 litre still, made with a base of high quality grain spirit and is flavoured with juniper berries, coriander, angelica roots and citrus fruits.
The end result is a fresh, fragrant gin with intense juniper flavours, sweet cereal notes, earthy spice, lemon rind and bittersweet berries.
The bottle features a Liver-bird, the symbol of the city, on its label.
