A sweet, red vermouth from Lillet, made with flavoursome Bordeaux wines and flavoured with quinine, brandies, citrus and herbs. The bottling was first launched in the 60s.

This is one of those ingredients that can elevate a cocktail, and works particularly well in Manhattans, Martinez’s and Negronis. It is also delicious served chilled as an aperitif.
