A rather wonderful Kiwi gin, made in small batches using native New Zealand botanicals.
Lighthouse Gin is named after the striking Cape Palliser Lighthouse, which is found at the southernmost extremity of New Zealand’s North Island.
This gin is made with coriander, almonds, cassia bark, yen ben lemon and naval orange zest, cinnamon sticks, orris root, liquorice root, and kawakawa leaves. The result is a complex, zesty and delicious gin. Lighthouse serves up floral, spicy notes, with touches of cardamom, orange peel, drying juniper, crystalised lemons and creamy tropical fruits.
A really interesting, and distinctive gin, bottled at 42% ABV for a slight boost in flavour.
