For this dram, they’ve picked out a Bas-Armagnac from the Artigaux Domaine.

This spirit was distilled back in 1999, and matured until June 2021, in a humid cellar.

The final product is a fruity and spicy expression, featuring flavours of flamed orange rind, pressed flowers, cherries, red grapes, some light apples, a hint of pineapple, vanilla, oak and sweet baking spices.

Bottled at the generous strength of 48.9%, this is a warming, flavoursome brandy. Just 374 bottles were produced.
