Previously a vintage release, Knockando have fallen in line with industry standards by producing this 12 year old, entry level, non-vintage dram.

One of the distilleries founded in the boom period of the late 19th century, Knockando produces a lighter, nutty style of spirit, and has traditionally been associated with the J&B blends.

A sweet and simple Speyside dram, this bottling offers notes of caramelised barley, pear drops, apple, hay, light oak, foam banana sweets, pressed flowers, melon, honey and a little milk chocolate.

Bottled at 43% ABV for a touch more warmth and body, this is a good quality single malt, ideal as a daily drinker.
