This is a 9 year old Kentucky straight bourbon bottled under Jim Beam’s Know Creek label. Bottled at a very respectable strength of 50%, this is a whiskey that shows its age very well. It is characterized by a rich maple sugar sweetness on the nose, a solid oak influence along with delicious caramel on the palate, and a long and warming finish. A small batch bourbon at the very top of its class.
