Double distilled in pot stills and aged in first-fill Bourbon casks for 16 years, this is a rich and creamy Irish drop.

Drinkers should expect notes of intense vanilla wafers, honey, baked apples, bananas in custard, caramel sauce, slightly spicy oak, white chocolate, tinned pineapple, some typical grassy Irish malt, pears and gingerbread.
