A single grain whiskey from Kirin Gotemba distillery’s Fuji brand.

This bottling contains three different kinds of grain whiskies: a lighter style that has been distilled in column stills, a medium style produced in a batch kettle still and an weightier spirit distilled in a Bourbon-style double still.

The result is a well-balanced and harmonious spirit, that serves up notes of apples, pears, orange peel, dark chocolate, rye spice, sweet grains and tannic oak.

The bottle design of this dram is also notable, with a three dimensional representation of Mount Fuji implanted into the bottle’s base.
