The eagerly awaited 2014 edition of Kilchoman Machir Bay, a delightful dram from the tiny distillery. This whisky is a vatting of 5–6 year old bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts. As such it has a delightful sweetness, and a good dose of sherry fruits in addition to Kilchoman’s typical grassy peat. A lovely addition to a whisky range we love!
