Not your average whisky liqueur!

This fruity tipple is created using real blackberries, which are macerated with honey, malt whisky and new make spirit from Kilchoman.

This last ingredient really brings another dimension to this liqueur and marks it out against most other crème de mures. The spirit lends a wonderful peatiness and spritely nature, giving it a smoky summertime feel.

Incredibly drinkable at 19% ABV, and perfect for whipping up a few Bramble cocktails, this is a surprisingly delicious offering from Islay’s Farm Distillery.
