This is Kanosuke’s spirit totally unaged, straight off the pot still, offering a raw taste of the distillery’s house style.

New Pot offers notes of orange blossom, heather honey, rye, hay, candied ginger, grassy malt, green apple and fresh flowers.

Very fresh and herbal with some grassy malt character, this is a promising expression from the young distillery.
