An unaged, small batch rye distilled at the Finnish Kyrö Distillery Company by the “fearless rye rye whisky distillers”. The character of this unaged rye is very classic and just in line with what you’ve come to expect from a rye – it’s both spicy and sweet along with toasted rye bread and anise. Their first real rye whisky I set to be released in 2013, so this is merely a sneak peek at what is to come. Judging by the quality of this unaged distillate, we are sure their whisky will be excellent!
