Cartron having been making their liqueurs the traditional way in their Burgundy distillery since 1882.

This liqueur is flavoured with fresh ginger, producing a powerfully spicy and slightly peppery final product, with a touch of earthy rootiness. A surprisingly wide range of flavours for a liqueur.

Nearly perfectly clear, this bottling would be the perfect addition to many cocktails, especially the modern classic Penicillin.
